I hope to see myself retired in 10 years. If not, then I'll probably still be in the legal field.
I'm the in process with one of my co-workers creating a site titled OTJ Stories. The premise of it is to have people from around the world share their bizarre workplace stories. There will be a different storyline theme each week (or month, haven't been that far in the process yet). What we do is take the best stories from that theme, and will pit them against one another, tournament style. After that, anybody visiting the site will get the chance to vote on which of the stories are their favorites in the head-to-head matchups, until we get down to a heads-up matchup. Then, people will get to vote again one last time between the remaining two stories to see which story comes out on top.
It's still in the early developmental stages currently, but I feel it has a lot of potential. Anyway, I'm hoping between traffic, the affilaiate marketing that will tie in with our site, and starting our own merchandise line with it down the road, I hope to see myself in ten years living comfortably off of something My co-worker buddy and I have created, and not have to worry about working a regular 9-5 anymore.
